I came to Liz after the birth of my son to help me strengthen my core. After just a few weeks of training, I could already see and feel the difference. I have seen meaningful benefits since I started training with Liz. Strength training, which used to be something I inconsistently dabbled in, is now a central part of my week. Wellesley Little League’s Jr. Raiders 10U baseball program wanted to offer its players a robust off-season training regimen. In addition to traditional baseball training, we were hopeful to find a way to help these young athletes understand and appreciate the importance of strength, conditioning, and nutrition as part of an athlete’s overall training program. Enter “Coach Liz” as she came to be called.... Coach Liz quickly built a great rapport with our athletes and coaching staff, providing weekly instruction to help our kids understand the importance of strength and agility training and how to do it properly. She ran fun and educational sessions and even provided the kids with take-home workouts and tips. We’re excited to see the impact her training will have on the kid’s on-field performance this season, but more importantly, their future understanding and appreciation for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. “I'm in my mid-40s and because of some cholesterol issues, I started on a health/fitness journey about two years ago. For most of that time, I was doing my own workouts in my basement gym but never really felt like I was making great progress. I decided to work with Liz and it turns out it was a great decision. She came to my house so I could learn a routine that works for me using my own equipment. After the first session, she sent me a custom plan for each week including multiple workout routines, when to do cardio, and when to rest. Over the past three months, she continues to evolve the existing routines and add new ones so I have variety and continue to push myself. She has been incredibly supportive and attentive.
